Return and refund policy

We thank you for shopping with us. Also, we sincerely apologise if you are not satisfied with our product. Here we are to help you with this.

Return

If you feel totally unsatisfied with our product, then you have the liberty to return it on the following terms, as mentioned below:

• The product you are returning should be within 30 days of purchase.
• Your product is eligible for return only when it is damage-free and in the same condition as when delivered.
• The returned item must be in its original packaging.
• You need to have a receipt of purchase.

Refund

When we receive your product for return, our expert team will notify you of it. Later, our skilled crew will cross-examine the item's quality terms and inform you of the refund status. If your product is eligible for a refund, then

• A refund will be initiated into your financial account, and this is done based on the payment mode you have used, like UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, or any other.
• The time amount repayment takes as much time as per the bank terms.

If your product is not eligible for a refund, we apologise. You will not receive a refund from us.

Note of Concern: Here we would like to make sure that when you receive a refund, you will receive the product amount solely by excluding shipping charges. You will be entirely responsible for shipping cost.

We here would like to bring to your attention that the actual colour of the products may vary on different monitor screens. This is because every system monitor has different functionality and compatibility. But here we make sure that our entire technical crew always strives to maintain the originality of the product colour. Thus, we here request that you understand this and support us while we work on it consistently.
